Lumpkin
County Sheriff's Department patrols and protects 284.5 square
miles in the north east Georgia Mountains. Also working to
protect thousands of tourists to add to the approximate 25,000
residents. The Sheriff's Department is lead by Sheriff Stacy
Jarrard, who grew up here in our county and has great interest
in ensuring that our community continues to be as safe as
possible for our children and our families who call Lumpkin
County home.
