Welcome to Lumpkin Fire/EMS

Welcome to the Lumpkin County Fire Department pages of Lumpkin 911.  LCFD covers protects 284.5 square miles ranging from the city of Dahlonega to the rugged mountains of north Georgia. Both of which draw thousands of tourists to add to the approximate 25,000 residents to provide EMS services as well as fire services to. The department does this utilizing paid and volunteer fire fighters, EMT's and Paramedics responding from 6 stations around the county.

The Lumpkin County Fire Department is looking for highly motivated individuals looking to make a difference in our community. If you enjoy serving your community, helping others in their time of need, and like excitement, then this could be the job for you. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, you can pick up an application at the Lumpkin County Fire Department, or call 706-864-3030 for more information.
